Promises

Okay, this is getting serious. I bought some Dove Promises (MILK chocolate thank you very much) as a throwback to my early High School obsession, and I found that they've changed. The chocolate is still the classic goodness but the "promises" on the inside of the wrappers are just weird. Here are a few examples:

"Smile before you go to bed. You'll sleep better."
"Be mischievous. It feels good."
"When two hearts race, they both win."
"Make a list of your dreams."
"Give in. Show some skin."
"Temptation is fun...giving in is even better."
"Don't think about it so much."
"Go to your special place."
"You know what? You look good in red."

Inspiring? No. And SCENE.
